About
Welcome to Gaming Pathology. Briefly, this site exists because I have hundreds of games that I have collected for non-gaming purposes and I suddenly decided one day that I want to try playing a bunch of them, if for no other reason that to get information about them into MobyGames, the premier internet video game database. To that end, I am trying to play one game a day in order to gather enough data to enter into the database. I use this blog as sort of a scratchpad and for tracking which games I have played.
If you are interested in contacting me, my email address is mike -at- multimedia.cx. If you are interested in seeing my whole inventory of games, check the master game spreadsheet links on the side of the page.

Do you know where I can get a copy of Vegas Fever Winner Takes All?

I just checked and the usual suspects — both Amazon and eBay — have very inexpensive copies available.

hi regarding critical path i got it to work in vista even without compatability mode–the overflow error means that the game must be run in 16 bit color and installed with 24 bit resolution bmp–change the desktop to 800×600 or even 1024×764 and 16 bit and it installs and runs without problems except you need the cd in the drive.hope it helps

I eventually did get Critical Path to work. I guess that means I need to play it now and write it up.

Hey – I came across your sky diving Barbie picture – and wanted to use it on a web site to advertise a sky diving event for a bunch of Divas in Washington DC … can I use it w/ credit to your site?

I can’t claim to own any of the screenshots on this site. Go ahead and take it; just don’t hotlink it.
